How's it going America,

Check out our latest episode of The Pod Millennial! I talk to Jack Human Events Daily's Jack Posobiec about his Lord of the Rings comments that broke the internet. Our brand new episodes drop every Tuesday! Listen, rate (5 stars, of course!), and subscribe!

Let's get into it:

After listening to the arguments on birthright citizenship at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, it's clear that the court is going to rule against the administration's executive order banning the practice and in favor of the jus soli constitutional amendment that anyone who is born in the country is a citizen. On the one hand, sure, they have no choice; it's the obviously constitutional thing to do. On the other hand, we have a real problem.

Birthright citizenship combined with open borders combined with an educational system that teaches kids to hate America creates a really, big problem. If we have a birthright, we cannot have open borders. If we have birthright citizenship, the children born here to foreign parents must be assimilated. If they are growing up here—which is the best-case scenario—they must be taught all the good things about our country and not be indoctrinated.

But we have one much larger problem, and it's one that Congress could do something about, and that's birther tourism. Whether on the Northern Mariana Islands or in Miami, companies have sprung up all over United States territories to facilitate women having babies US citizen babies, and then taking their children home to raise them in their native countries. These children grow up with the citizenship of a nation they've never known, to which they have no allegiance, but to which they have full access, even to the highest levels of elected power, the presidency.

"There are more than 500 firms in China that facilitate people coming from the Chinese Communist Party to give birth here in the United States. Obama enabled this through loopholes dating back to 2009, and what that could mean is 1 million new voters by 2030. Imagine that, Communist Party voters," Kayleigh McEnany said on Fox News.

There is an industry in selling American citizenship to pregnant mothers. Companies have sprung up across the US to bring Chinese and Russian mothers to the US to deliver their babies so they can head home with a crisp new US passport for those children. China and Russia, I need not remind you, are adversaries of the United States. Why are we giving them access to our citizenship?

TheWe don't know how many companies for sure are offering birth tourism services to US territories and the mainland. In China, estimates suggest that 1.5 MILLION jus soli babies are being raised by Chinese parents. Shanghai-based GlobalBaby8 advertises "economy" packages starting at $14,000, and that's just the beginning. Congress could change all this, but most of our elected officials care more about their podcasts and campaign slush funds than about actually doing something about this devastating practice.
