Did you guys see how the Democrats staged their whole counter-State of the Union address with a bunch of frogs? Senator Ron Wyden called these frog costume people patriots, but the thing is, these are actually not just goofy guys in frog costumes, they are Antifa. They wear the funny costumes to obfuscate, to make themselves look harmless, and to make anyone who talks about frog suit people as a threat look dumb because they just look like goofy people in frog costumes. Don't be fooled.
Oregon senator praised Portland anti-ICE "patriots," calling out "the uni-cyclers, the naked bike riders, the guy in the chicken suit, and a whole lot of frogs." Those "frogs" were staged in front of a Portland federal building for weeks on end obstructing immigration enforcement, trying to keep criminals in the country who were already slated for deportation. Wyden thinks it's cute. It's criminal.
Also, don't be fooled by the Democrats claiming they have the best interests of Americans at heart. They sat, heckled, and counter-messaged during Trump's State of the Union the other night, certainly one of the best speeches of his career, but when they're asked for solutions, they come up with ideas that would surely wreck the country. Such as Chuck Schumer's big plan to grant amnesty to 11 million illegal immigrants living in the country.
Schumer said that he would endorse a plan that “toughens up the border” while also giving a “path to citizenship” for “11 million people who are here.” This bill would also, he said, allow high-tech workers needed by industries to enter the country. Unclear why we can't train Americans to be the high-tech workers American companies are looking for. What happened to Biden's whole big plan to train Americans to do high-tech jobs? Oh right, that was only for the "green" industry, and it never even got off the ground.
Now listen, I have sympathy for DACA, but the way that these amnesties are structured only encourages more illegal immigration needing more amnesties leading to the obvious vicious cycle. We Americans are a welcoming people, but that doesn't mean we should embrace those who think so little of our laws that the first thing they do in the country is break them.
