How's it going America,
Check out the latest episode of The Pod Millennial in which I talk to UltraFree podcaster and Emmy-winning actress Drea de Matteo of The Sopranos in an honest, unscripted conversation about breaking with Hollywood orthodoxy, losing everything during the COVID mandates, raising teenagers in a hyper-political culture, and finding faith and freedom in turbulent times. From memoir writing to media manipulation to the spiritual undercurrents shaping today’s cultural battles, nothing is off-limits. You don't want to miss it! Let's get into it:
Robert Dorgan, aka Roberta Esposito, opened fire at his son's hockey game, killing his ex-wife, one of his adult children, and himself. Three others are in the hospital in critical condition. Dorgan's trans identity was a big factor in the dissolution of his family, with his wife, Rhonda, filing for divorce in 2020 due to "gender reassignment surgery, narcissistic + personality disorder traits." Their divorce was final in 2021.
Just one day before Dorgan opened fire at the youth hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, he lashed out at actor Kevin Sorbo on X over a post in which Sorbo identified trans Delaware Rep. Sarah McBride as a man," writing, "keep bashing us. but do not wonder why we Go BERSERK." Then he went "berserk," shooting his ex-wife to death along with one of their adult children before turning the gun on himself.
Two of those who were injured were family members, while another was a family friend. "He shot my family, and he's dead now," said Dugan's adult daughter, leaving the Pawtucket police station in the aftermath of the shooting. Dorgan was a Marine and was working as a truck driver at the time of the shooting.

After Dorgan underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2020, his father-in-law kicked him out of their home. Dorgan went to the police, saying that his father-in-law threatened to "have him murdered by an Asian street gang if he did not move out of the residence." He'd been living there for 7 years, but the father-in-law was adamant that "There's no goddam [sic] way a tranny is going to stay in my house." Dorgan also filed an assault complaint against his own mother.
The Pawtucket shooting was barely a week after the tragic shooting in Tumbler Ridge, Canada, also carried out by a trans shooter, Jesse Strang, or Van Rootselaar, as he was identified by police. In both of these cases, legacy and large mainstream media outlets have disguised the transgender aspect of the shooter's identity. These outlets that push trans identity onto the public as though it is this glorious thing refuse to report when it manifests in violence.
The New York Times wrote: "Chief Goncalves said that the shooter’s birth name was Robert Dorgan, born in 1969. She added that the person also went by the name Roberta Esposito, but did not provide further explanation." They did not report on the social media accounts in which Dorgan indicated that trans people could become violent if they are not placated.
The Washington Post wrote: "Goncalves identified the shooter as Robert Dorgan, who she said also went by the name Roberta Esposito and was born in 1969." That's it. These are the same outlets that simply called the Tumbler Ridge shooter "she" with no questions asked.
