Hi everyone-

I landed back home late last night and was so grateful for my little house, my silly kitty, and my own cozy bed after 6 days on the road in Arizona. America Fest is a necessary and good barometer of where we are in the conservative movement, who thinks what, and what the kids are up to, but it is a whirlwind.

The Post Millennial staffers all touched down Sunday and have been getting set for Christmas with family, as am I, although we don't even have our tree yet. I'm thinking we'll make that a tomorrow activity. Every year, I love unwrapping all the ornaments I've kept in storage in my grandmother's mid-century Dutch modern china cabinet, which I inherited along with the rest of her dining room set. Some of the ornaments go back to when I was a kid, like this one reindeer my dad gave me and dated 1978. I'll do a whole Instagram post tomorrow during the big unwrapping and share it with you.

I wrote a column about my adventures at America Fest, and I would love it if you read it because I'm actually pretty happy with it and want to share. We will have newsletters coming to you this week, but I can't guarantee on time morning delivery.

One thing I'm definitely watching is the end of anti-racism as a weapon. No one seems to be having it anymore. JD Vance said white people don't have to be ashamed of being white anymore, and then Jasmine Crockett comes out and calls him racist. But that's not just going to work anymore. And she sounds dumb—also for other reasons.

The home of a Secret Service agent was raided. It was in connection with an alleged tax and wire fraud case involving millions of dollars in donations as well as grants. The agent apparently took donations for a charity that claims to support inner-city youth as well as domestic violence victims and kept it for themself. The amount of fraud in this country right now is probably enough to pay off the national debt.

There's so many things going on as we near the end of the year, new ships for the US Armed Forces, potential war with Venezuela (of all places), and more fights over deportations, but my hope to you is that you can take a little time to collect yourself, chill with people who love you and who you love, and buckle up for 2026.
