Hi everyone,
Katie Daviscourt has been fearless in reporting on anti-ICE, Antifa protests from Portland, Oregon. Last night, she was assaulted by a militant protester who smashed her in the face with a pole on which the agitator was waving a Palestinian flag. Katie walked away with a black eye but the violent, flag-waving girl walked away free.
Katie pursued the girl even as her friends whisked her away to safety, to an Antifa safe house. Katie brought a police officer along who declined to pursue the woman after the woman yelled, "don't touch me I'm underage." Katie continued on foot, tracking the militant to a tent encampment.

This isn't the first time a reporter for The Post Millennial has been attacked by far-left militants who don't want their activities to be reported. Senior Editor Andy Ngo was assaulted, resulting in hospitalization. He's been chased down on the streets of his home town of Portland. He receives death daily.
Conservative reporters go out to cover protests and what Antifa call direct actions and hide their identities so they can't be identified and targeted. Reporters from mainstream or legacy outlets don't dare to go out and witness what is being done in the name of progressives, Democrats, and the leftism that they espouse on their channels and in their outlets.
Truth is not a commodity in which these outlets trade. Instead, they capitalize on the moral authority the left has captured for so many years and assume—rightly—that their viewers will believe that the so-called good, tolerant, inclusive people are the ones who are upstanding, civil, and deserving of their allegiance.
This must come crashing to an end, and that end must come now. There is no moral authority on the left: there is censorship and violence in service to the false idea that they are "on the right side of history."
Ask yourselves, throughout history: who are the censors, the assassins, the violent mobs? Who are the ones who uphold a banner of ideological righteousness and use it to justify the assault or massacre of their presumed foes?
I'll give you a hint: those are not the good guys.
The perpetrators of the violence against Katie, those who continue to threaten Andy, the "good people" on the left who celebrate the cold-blooded killing of Charlie Kirk—these are not the morally just, they are the villains.
It is time to stop recognizing their "moral authority" in all things. There is no compassion in assaulting people in an effort to intimidate them from reporting on your crimes, there is no unity in cheering on the murder of those with whom you disagree, and there is no moral righteousness in issuing death threats because you want to shut someone up.
And that's just for starters, before we even get to the political and ideological views on which we and the lefty side disagree.
