Riot season is back as temperatures hit a temperate 70 degrees and the agitators are heading back out onto the streets. Judging from the emergence last night in LA, Seattle, New York, Atlanta, and Chicago, it's gonna be a long summer. In LA, people were out there marching around saying southern California used to be part of Mexico anyway, forgetting that no one has an issue with Americans of Mexican ancestry. The backers of these actions started handing out face shields to block against pepper spray.

 

LA Mayor Karen Bass, who demanded that all federal immigration enforcement be stopped, instituted a curfew. Governor Gavin Newsom launched a live stream on X—that had no audio before he took it down and reposted—where he blamed Trump for the failed immigration policy in California. I was on Timcast IRL last night when the video launched, and we all said "yup, he's running for president." He claimed that "democracy is under assault."

 

But where democracy is really imperiled is in sanctuary states and cities with overwhelming numbers of illegal immigrants who skew the congressional representation and give those districts more House seats than those to which they are actually entitled. "What's happening right now is very different than anything we've seen before. On Saturday morning, when federal agents jumped out of an unmarked van near a Home Depot parking lot, they began grabbing people a deliberate targeting of a heavily Latino suburb."

 

This, of course, was a lie. There was no raid at Home Depot. The New York Times said it was based on activist comments at a press conference that were false. The Times had to correct their story. They were shown up by Bill Melugin of Fox News who had reported directly from DHS saying there was no raid at Home Depot. The Times, in their false report that there was a raid, had said there were no arrests made. Turns out that was because there was no raid.

 

Katie Daviscourt was out in Seattle documenting the madness of the rioters and agitators there. Antifa piled up Lime electric scooters to barricade federal buildings. They blocked exits of the federal building for over eight hours before Seattle police rolled through and deployed tear gas to get them to go away. Several arrests were made and officers fired less-lethal crowd control munitions into the crowd after agitators attacked officers. Antifa's goal was to stop ICE from being able to remove illegal immigrants from the federal facility.

 

In New York, The Post Millennial was also reporting on the ground with NJEG Media, anti-ICE agitators, and protesters took to the streets to demand an end to immigration enforcement. He caught footage of arrests and mayhem that's pretty stunning. Far-left agitators faced off with NYPD, chanting "f*ck you" and "kill yourselves" after NYPD told them they’d be arrested for shaking the barricades.

 

Savanah Hernandez was out in the streets too, and she caught a crazy thing where a group of white protesters were blocking traffic because of their opposition to enforcement against illegal immigration. "Just watched 2 white liberals stop traffic and tell a mother who was begging to go to work, that illegals and their children are more important. I then asked them how they felt about stopping a black woman from getting to work. They both laughed in our faces," Savanah said.

 

The white liberators were stopping the black woman from going to work in the name of their own open-border ideology. The issue is never the issue the issue is always the revolution. The mission is to destroy the west.
