Jun 2, 2025 | 🏃‍♂️Terror attack in Boulder, trans wins in girls' sports, and is Cory Booker a Nazi?

There was another terror attack in the US on Sunday, this time in Boulder, Colorado. A 45-year-old man yelled "free Palestine" during the attack, where he threw Molotov cocktails at a group of peaceful marchers who were holding a vigil for Israeli hostages still being held by Hamas in Gaza. For this man, illegal immigrant Egyptian national Mohamed Sabry Soliman, Boulder's Pearl Street, full of kids, families, and casual Sunday strollers, was the right place to stage a terror attack over a foreign war.

 

Soliman came to the US on a tourist visa in 2022 which gave him a 6-month stay, but he never left. After overstaying his visa, the Biden administration gave him a 2-year work authorization which expired in March 2025. There's no reason he should still have been in the US and now, not for the first time, people could die because of our lax border and immigration policies. Eight people were injured, all between the ages of 52 and 88. One of those was reported to be in critical condition and a Holocaust survivor is among those who were burned in the attack.

 

It was less than two weeks ago that two Israeli Embassy staffers were gunned down outside the Jewish Museum in Washington, DC. We've seen countless instances of petty violence on college campuses as Jewish students have been targeted over the war in Israel and Gaza. The governor of Pennsylvania's home was targeted for arson over this whole Mid-East mess. Elected leaders like Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and others seem to think all of this is justified in the name of Gaza. It isn't, of course it isn't.

 

My middle-school best friend told me just recently that when we were kids in suburban Massachusetts the local white nationalists had set a cross aflame on her family's front yard. I had no idea this happened at the time. I had no idea something like that could happen in the United States. I am still horrified that it did happen, but I thought surely the time for that kind of race hatred was over, that now we don't just blindly hate each other over innate characteristics like race or ethnicity.

 

As the global intifada comes to the US, I'm finding that I was wrong entirely. There's plenty of race and ethnic-based hate—pointless though it may be. There's no place for this in the US, no matter what you think about the foreign war, there's no reason at all for it to come home to the US in the form of assassinations and Molotov cocktails and violent harassment. I don't know how to stop it, but I do know that it just seems absurd to me that American civilians should be targeted for death because of a foreign war. But of course, they're not being targeted over a foreign war, they're being targeted because they're Jewish.

 

 

The new California rule is that girls who lose to boys won't lose their place. It's an attempt to prevent girls from being displaced by boys, if a boy beats out a girl for first, she can still stand on the podium. I know another way to do this: just keep women's sports for women and let the boys compete against boys. The state is trying to stave off a lawsuit from the Trump administration over their violation of Title IX. But this rule means the girls are literally an "also ran" in their own race. 

At the track meet, a plane flew over head pulling a sign that read "No Boys in Girls' Sports!" It was sponsored by the Independent Council on Women's Sports and Women Are Real. Others gave out pink bracelets that said "Save Girls' Sports" to protest the inclusion of boys in the girls' competition. Outside the event, an LGBTQ protester was arrested for allegedly attacking a conservative protester with a flag pole flying a trans pride flag.

"California, under the leadership of Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum, continues to ILLEGALLY allow ‘MEN TO PLAY IN WOMEN’S SPORTS," Trump said on Truth Social ahead of the competition. "THIS IS NOT FAIR, AND TOTALLY DEMEANING TO WOMEN AND GIRLS. Please be hereby advised that large scale Federal Funding will be held back, maybe permanently, if the Executive Order on this subject matter is not totally adhered to." And he's not at all wrong. The whole notion that boys should be considered girls, never mind earn accolades for it, is absolutely insane.

 

And in case you missed it, NJ Senator Cory Booker delivered a Nazi salute at a California Democrat Party event. Or at least it would be considered a Nazi salute if Booker were a Republican or conservative, but because he isn't, the big media outlets left the whole incident alone. Totally non-biased, you guys, legacy media is totally non-biased.
