Booking records obtained by TMZ accuse Favors of performing oral sex on a minor at the hotel and confessing to the act. The Hapeville Police Department told Fox 5 that additional details on the incident would not be released. “Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency.”

In a statement to TMZ, Favors said he “unequivocally denies the allegations against her and intends to vigorously defend herself through the legal process.” The statement added, “Allegations should not be mistaken for fact, and public opinion should never replace due process.” Favors’ mother, Stephanie Favors, told the outlet that the charges are out of character for her child.

Favors has worked as a transgender model and has made multiple appearances on entertainment programs, such as “Baddies,” “Baddies ATL,” “Star,” “Empire,” "Love & Hip Hop: New York,” and "Wild 'n Out." In a 2019 clip posted by "Love & Hip Hop," to Facebook, Favors spoke on growing up transgender. "The hardest parts, the bathroom. To be told to go to the male’s room, looking like a pure young girl. That was horrible for me. When coming out the stall, like the guy would see me and be like, 'What the hell's going on here?’ And wanna maybe bully me.”
