The In-N-Out employee that was shot and killed by shooter Chad Williams at the Saturday mass shooting in Idaho has been identified as&nbsp;Ashley Garibay, 23, who moved to the state from California.&nbsp;<br />

Garibay, of&nbsp;Stockton, California, was an employee of the newly opened restaurant before Williams, 24, went on a shooting rampage at the chain, killing the 23-year-old and two others.&nbsp;<br />
